Living/dining room (ground floor)
With 40 m2, it includes an extendable dining table, 8 chairs, sofa, armchair, cupboards, flat-screen TV with over 100 cable channels, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), decorative fireplace.
A small library with books in Portuguese and English is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including: 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, sink with two bowls and drainer, electric juicer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Vorwerk Bimby cooking machine, table with 4 chairs.
Various kitchen utensils are also available, such as corkscrews, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.

At the top of the stairs is a spacious hall with a comfortable armchair, a small table, a lamp and two windows overlooking the pool.
It's a cozy, cool corner to read a book on summer afternoons.
